Shipping & Delivery

CommGear proudly ships domesitc via UPS and/or Fed Ex, and international via international UPS and/or international mail customs. Once an order is shipped, tracking information is provided via email. Orders are shipped within 15 days or as per the delivery date agreeed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Your company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of order). Your company is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. The buyer is notified of any back-orders.

Returns & Replacements

If, for any reason (except defective equipment which will be replaced or other items which are not returnable - see below) you return all or part of your equipment ordered from CommGear.com within 30 days of your purchase you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $10.00 (whichever is greater). Restocking fees are charged to offset actual costs of repackaging, restocking & administration incurred. If you purchase a different system or other like equipment (of equal or greater value) your restocking fee will be reduced to 5% of the purchase price or $10.00 (whichever is greater). Under no circumstances will credit be issued after the 30 day return period.

Not Returnable: System manuals, batteries, software and downloadable documents purchased are NOT returnable and nonrefundable. Please be sure you have selected the correct item(s) before completing your order.

Shipping Charges: A minimum shipping charge of $10.00 or actual shipping charges (whichever is greater) will be charged for all returned equipment.

Refused Packages: The standard restocking fee (20%) will be reduced to 10% plus shipping costs for all orders shipped and refused when delivery is attempted.

Defective Equipment: All defective equipment will be replaced free of charge. If you wish to return a defective item without receiving a replacement, a 5% processing fee or $10.00 (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your credit.

Refunds on Equipment Sold as New: New equipment returned unopened will receive full credit of the purchase price toward the cost of a replacement item. Or, if desired, a refund of price paid less a shipping and handling charge. New Equipment that has been opened, placed in service, and found to be faulty, will be replaced at no charge provided the faulty item is returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Ordering

Ordering from CommGear.com is easy and convenient. Whenever you see equipment available to order and in stock, simply enter the quantity you would like to order, select any recommended items are available and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your shopping cart will be displayed after each item is added so that you can review your order. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply Check Out and fill out the proceeding forms.

 

 

 

Tax

CommGear charges tax to North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Viewing Orders

After placing your order an automated email confirmation is sent immediately to the email address entered in the billing information. When your order is processed CommGear.com will send an email confirmation to the email address entered in the billing information. When your order is shipped an email shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address entered in the shipping information.

 

 

 

Updating Account Information

Your information is only used by CommGear.com, Inc. to directly process and fulfill your order and is not sold to, or shared with, any unaffiliated third parties.

 

 

 

Service & Remote Tech Support

Service is billable by the hour. Remote Tech Support is billable by 15 minute increments. If an order is placed without Service or Remote Tech Support, and either is requested by the customer, then the customer will be billed for the hour or hours spent on-site, or every 15 minutes accrued over the phone with a technician. The customer will be informed of the pending charge (estimated time) prior to any actual time being billed. Labor time may vary, about which the customer will be informed.
