How do I find the model number for a replacement part?
Model numbers are found in different places. See below for a list of popular items and where the model number can be found.
Telephones: There is a label on the underside of the phone which will read, for example: NEC "DTL-12D-1(BK)TEL"
Systems: The model number is normally on the front cover (possibly the side or back) of the system cabinet, for example : "NEC Elite IPK".
Cards: The model number is printed on the edge of the circuit card, for example: "SLIB(4)-U10"
NEC Only: To obtain an exact NEC part number/model, please provide via email the serial number located on the barcode. See the examples listed below:

When I [Search entire store here...] my results are overwhelming with pages upon pages of product. How do I search by narrowing my results?
Most of CommGear's products pertain to Telephones, so results will be large if "telephone" or "phone" is searched. After your initial search and the results are large, remove any common words, also type the model and/or manufacturer if possible. Your results should be easier to review. When I checkout, there is tax listed. If I am out-of-state, why is there tax?
