Soft dB Direct Plenum Speaker for Networked Smart Sound Masking Systems.
Soft dB's SMS-PLN is a 25-volt loudspeaker system designed to generate optimum sound masking for a variety of ceiling conditions.
It is equipped with a 13-cm (5 in.) driver installed in a sealed compartment.
It is typically installed in the plenum space, suspended between the deck and acoustic tiles. In the case of an open ceiling, it can be attached to the structure. The SMS-PLN loudspeaker can be oriented in any direction.
A rotary switch allows quick adjustment of the output level with 4W, 2W, 1W, 1/2W power available with a 25-Volt supply. A RoHS compliant version is available. The loudspeaker is also compatible with 70-Volt systems (8W, 4W adjustment) and 8ohms systems like the SMS-Net system.
