Additional remote phone system (SMDR/CDR data source) support. Required for each additional phone system the Communications Analyst will collect SMDR Data from. Remote Site license is supported on both the 20 or 256 STA Base Packages.
Communication Analyst Requires:
- - SMDR Activation License #670707
- - AK System PC APP CD Suite of Software (1) per system or AK System PC APP CD Suite of software - can be obtained by purchasing the AK System PC APP CD
