Message On Hold Plus standard productions are an expanded six-minutes in length. This is not because it is expected to leave your callers on hold for six minutes, but rather to provide you with more space to communicate a greater variety of information on each production. MOH Plus's approach is to program the capacity with a series of twenty to thirty second informational segments with ten to fifteen seconds of music in between. Using this approach, you can get anywhere from seven to ten different segments, in which you can address the many varied aspects of your business. As long as a caller is not on hold for more than six-minutes, they will not hear the same information twice. If the hold time does exceed the production length, the messages will recycle and continue seamlessly and without interruption. This additional programming capacity also minimizes redundancy to frequently calling customers and enables you to expose your callers, over the life of that production, to more of what you would like to communicate to them.
